Deliveries & Pickups that require the driver to climb stairs, use an elevator, load them into your apartment unit are subject to a .60¢ / box fee per delivery or pickup (covers our insurance) Our vehicle must be able to back right up to the bins. Unclean bins have a $15 per bin cleaning charge. We strongly suggest the bins be keep inside until they are being picked up.
