Is The Wright Self & Mini Storage Co. a moving company?
Sorry, moving is up to you. We simply provide the boxes and moving supplies needed to make your move more eco-friendly, less costly and stress free.

Is there a delivery fee?
For orders that are over $100 the delivery and pick up is free. If your order is less than $100, a fee of $30 will apply. An additional delivery charge applies to outside of a 15 klm radius of our location.

Free delivery is the first delivery and pick up. Any additional pick ups or drop offs will result in an additional charge.

What is the size of the boxes?
The boxes are 27 inches long x 17 inches wide x 12.5 inches high.
Can I change my dates?
Of course, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may have. We just ask that you provide us with alternate dates as soon as possible in order to meet your moving date needs 48 hours prior to the original date.

What is your cancellation policy?
We simply ask that you provide us with 48 hours notification of your cancellation.

What is your service area?
The Niagara Region.

Why chose the boxes over cardboard boxes?
The cost of cardboard boxes are 40% – 60% more than our boxes. Time finding or purchasing cardboard boxes is taken into consideration.

Cardboard boxes are susceptible to moisture, mold, bacteria, dirt, odor, insects, bedbugs and are not environmentally friendly.
How does it work?
A stress free move in 4 simple steps:

1. Fill out your order at the forms page
2. We deliver them right to your door.
3. You pack, you move, you unpack.
4. We come and pick up the empty boxes.

Will I receive a confirmation call or email for my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and a follow up call to confirm all the details, closer to your moving date.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, cash and cheque (must be paid 2 weeks prior to delivery).
Add required options to the Order form; we will figure out the total cost and send an email for payment options.

Does anyone need to be home when the boxes are delivered?
Yes, someone 18 years of age must be home for us to leave the boxes.
Our driver will count the boxes that you ordered to make sure you have the correct amount. You will then be required to sign the rental agreement.
The driver will demonstrate the use of the boxes.

How are the boxes delivered?
The boxes will be delivered by the driver. We will bring them to your front door or garage, nested together, saving space.

When you are reserving the boxes, please let us know if you are in a gated community, apartment building or if there are parking issues. Let us know in the comment section when filling out the Order Form.

If the driver is required to climb stairs, load them into your unit or use an elevator, there will be a $0.60 / bin surcharge to cover our insurance costs.

Can I pick the boxes up myself?
The short answer is “NO”. In order for us to reduce our costs, we do not have a retail store front. Delivery and pick up charges are included in your packages.

Am I responsible to keep the boxes clean?
Yes, you are expected to keep the boxes clean and safe. There will be a $3 charge per bin if we deem them unclean.
